Key Benefits of Working with Agile for Humans
- We have worked with Scrum Teams in the Developer, Scrum Master, and Product Owner roles for the past 20 years. We have the practical experience needed to help teams succeed.
- We don’t just run classes, we still also work in the real world. We have experience in start-up companies and the Fortune 500. We’ve worked in retail, finance, pharma, biotech, and government organizations. We can help your teams deliver too!
- We have held developer, project management, people management, and leadership positions along the way making sure that all perspectives are covered.
- Our training classes are fully interactive with NO POWERPOINT. We believe in active learning and engagement, not lectures and death by PowerPoint.
- Our training classes and workshops engage our students using concepts from “Liberating Structures”, “Training from the Back of the Room” and “Learning 3.0”
- Our classes are co-taught. You get the experience and expertise of two trainers for the price of one. We believe co-teaching is the best experience for both the students and the trainers.
- You’ll walk away understanding how to use your new skill in your organization.
